Chesterfield Borough Council has been building, allocating and managing properties for over 80 years.
During this time we have seen many changes but, as one of the largest and most experienced landlords in the County, we have adapted our service to meet these new challenges.
Our aim is to deliver a service that the residents of Chesterfield can feel proud of, and one that they can help us to provide for many years to come.
We currently manage approximately 10,000 properties throughout the Borough - houses, flats, maisonettes, bungalows, sheltered schemes - to provide suitable accommodation to meet the needs of all sections of the community.
