Local labour clause - 'The Gates' development

In every major planning application that we accept we include a local labour clause. 

A local labour clause requires developers to provide a strategy that promotes the local supply chain and the employment of local people. 

Through the clause many local people have been employed as apprentices and workers. 

We have accepted a development application on Knifesmithgate which has seen two local people employed by windows installation company, MW Windows.
