Payment processing fault

Between 29 April and 4 May payments made to the council could not be processed.

If you attempted to make a payment to the council between these dates the funds were released back into your account but could still show as pending. This fault has been corrected and we are now processing payments made between these dates. You will not be charged twice.

We are receiving a high number of calls from customers who believe they have been charged twice. This is not the case and only one payment has been taken. Before contacting our call centre please carefully check your account.
