Our Careline and support services help you to stay living independently in your home.

Careline is our independently accredited 24/7 pendant alarm monitoring and response service.

Using a pendant worn around the neck or on the wrist, you can connect to Careline at the push of a button at any time of the day or night.

Careline can then get in touch with your emergency contacts, request medical assistance, call the emergency services or send a Careline response officer to make sure you are safe and well.

Our support service helps you to live at home, safely and independently.

We will work with you to develop a personalised plan and can offer a variety of different types of support tailored to meet your needs.

With regular visits by a dedicated support officer, at intervals to suit you, our service is flexible and can adapt to suit your changing needs and help maximise your independence.
