Tenant inspection service

Tenant inspectors help us to test the quality of our services by "mystery shopping".

This involves carrying out out tasks such as inspecting empty properties before they are let or phoning to request a repair then recording how long it takes to answer the call and assessing how the call was dealt with.

The results are then used to recommend where improvements could be made – or to document how well we are doing!

No experience is necessary to become a tenant inspector, as full training will be given. For more information contact our tenant engagement team.
