Working groups and focus groups

We arrange tenant working groups and focus groups to look at specific aspects of our service. 

These could be a one off get together or a short series of meetings.

Working groups and focus groups offer you the opportunity to select which areas of the service you would like to get involved in. For example, you may like to give your views on repairs, anti-social behaviour, newsletter and communications, finance and budgets, adaptations, rents, Careline and Support Service or how we rehouse people.
