Access your tenancy or rent account online


You can access your council tenancy or rent account account online through our online digital platform My Chesterfield. 

We will need to verify your details before giving you access to your account. 'My Services' is the secure part of My Chesterfield where you will be able to manage your account online.

Once you have registered you will be able to:

  • view your account balance, instalments and payments
  • print copies of your weekly rent statements

Through My Chesterfield you can also access your Council Tax account and add a benefit account if you have one, so you can manage all your details in one place.
