Get involved, have a voiceAs a landlord, we are committed to listening to the views of our tenants and are always looking for new ways for you to provide feedback that will help us improve the services we deliver.

If you become a mystery shopper, we’ll work with you to identify areas where you think our services need to improve. We will then ask you to:

  • undertake a series of tasks, which will monitor the quality of customer service
  • be yourself and use a real scenario such as reporting a repair
  • report back to us in an agreed format

By reporting back on your experiences of contacting our teams and using out services, you will be able to help us to improve the quality of services that we will offer.

Your involvement on the panel can be fully flexible and training will be provided.
