    If you have signed up for the garden waste service and you have not received your sticker, please email your name, address and purchase date to waste@chesterfield.gov.uk. Alternatively, please call us on 01246 345285.

    Your subscription will be activated within seven days. After which, your collection will resume in line with your current collection calendar.

    If you sign up for the scheme during May, please allow for a slight delay in receiving your bin sticker. If you have signed up to the scheme but haven’t yet received a sticker, our crews have a list of all registered properties, and your bin will still be collected. Depending on your collection schedule, your collection service will start approximately seven days after you sign up. Thanks for your patience.

My Chesterfield is our secure online service for residents and businesses in Chesterfield.

If you don't already have an account, signing up is quick and easy - we just need to know:

  • your name and address
  • your phone number
  • your email address

When you send us your comment, compliment or complaint online through your My Chesterfield account you can track it's progress.  

Through a My Chesterfield account you can also:

  • manage your Council Tax or benefit account online
  • check your bin day and contact your councillor
  • apply for council services, report problems and check the progress of your enquiries

Alternatively you can send us a comment, compliment or complaint without logging into My Chesterfield. You won't be able to track the progress of your enquiry online, and if you don't provide your contact details we won't be able to respond to you.
