Some Post Offices and PayPoint outlets may have different opening times, so please check before travelling.

Please note: allow a minimum of four working days for the payment to reach us when paying by at a PayPoint location or at the Post Office.

Arrange direct with your bank or through online banking, and quote your rent reference number.

If you pay by standing order you need to tell your bank to amend your payments if they change (such as your yearly increase).

Cheques and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to Chesterfield Borough Council.

Post-dated cheques are not accepted. Please do not send cash through the post.
