Report a change of tenant through My Chesterfield

You need a My Chesterfield account to tell us about your change of tenant online.

If you receive Housing Benefit payments from us you can also access details of your payments through 'My Services', the secure part of My Chesterfield where you can manage your Landlord account online.

Signing up is quick and easy. We will need to know:

  • your name and address
  • your phone number
  • your email address 

Once you have signed up you can tell us about your change of tenant, and you can also:

  • manage your Council Tax or Business Rates account online
  • apply for council services and report problems
