In cases where the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988 applies to statutory notices, they are public notices and details will be kept on a register available to the public.
The public register of statutory notices at Chesterfield Borough Council is kept at Customer Services reception and this can be viewed during normal office hours between 8.30am and 5pm.
