We are looking for a new addition to join our team to work at our modern leisure facilities within Chesterfield Borough Council.
You will be providing lifeguard cover, customer engagement/supervision, cleaning, equipment set ups, and dealing with membership sales. You must be a highly motivated, flexible and resourceful individual who can maintain a customer-focused approach to all our sport and leisure activities.
The successful candidate must hold a current Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS) Lifeguarding qualification for this post. Further coaching qualifications are desirable but not essential as we are looking for the right quality of individual.
The post requires regular unsocial hours working including availability at evenings and weekends involving a variety of services and roles provided at all council sports and leisure venues within the Borough.
Candidates must be able to travel as work will be available over both our sites at Staveley Healthy Living Centre and Queens Park Sports Centre.
The successful candidate will be subject to a disclosure carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
