Chesterfield Canal: Public Path Order 2024
On order was made on Friday 16 February 2024 to divert various sections of footpaths and bridleways by Chesterfield Canal to allow for reinstatement of the canal as approved by planning permission.
The proposals simplify the arrangements of the paths, take account of the development authorised by planning permission and correct some retained alignments to accord with the routes on site.
