The planning committee meets every three weeks throughout the year to consider the more complex, controversial and major planning applications.
Agendas and reports are made available a week before the scheduled meeting; minutes are then available one week after the date of the meeting.

Meetings are open to the general public and any member of the public can request to speak at the meeting if they have written to the council objecting to or supporting an application. Further information on speaking at committee is available in the leaflet below.
