We also have a parent and baby group which is ideal for meeting other parents in our friendly and safe environment.

All ages active

The class blends toning, strengthening, and mobility exercises, with plenty of options for low‑impact or higher‑challenging variations depending on your needs.

Movements can be adapted for post‑natal recovery, joint considerations, or age‑related limitations, making it ideal for those aged 50+ as well as complete beginners.
