Thinking of joining our centres but not ready to fully jump in? You can now try out our facilities with a seven-day fitness pass for just £15! 

You will get the same package as our full membership which includes:

• gym, swimming and a wide range of classes at Queen’s Park Sports Centre and Healthy Living Centre
• discounted rackets at Queen’s Park Sports Centre
• spa and climbing wall at Healthy Living Centre

Plus if you decide to join our Active Fitness Membership paying by Direct Debit, we will discount you the £15 back on your first month's payment if you join within seven days of your pass expiring.

You can only apply for a seven day trial membership in person at one of our centres, feel free to pop down at any time to take up this offer.

Terms and conditions of the seven-day pass:

• the pass is only available to ages 16+
• your seven days will begin on the day the pass is purchased
• the seven-day pass is available for purchase via reception only
• to join our Direct Debit scheme following the end of your seven day pass, this can be done via reception or by emailing our admin team via enquiries
• £15 will be given back to you, when signing up within seven days of your seven-day pass expiring, this will be refunded against your first Direct Debit payment
• there is no limit on how many seven-day passes you can have
