We have gymnastics classes for all ages and abilities.
Our children's courses follow a structured pathway - progressing through proficiency levels and attaining badges and certificates along the way.
We also have courses for pre-school children to help them develop social and motor skills, and our classes for adults are great for anyone wanting to exercise and keep in shape.

Children will learn skills on the floor, beam, vault and other apparatus. Gymnastics academy
Promising young gymnasts may be invited to join our gymnastics academy and enter British Gymnastics competitions. They will be encouraged to take part in both team and individual competition events throughout the East Midlands. The academy does require full commitment from the child and support from parents as inclusion will require travelling to competitions at weekends.
Gymnastics academy sessions are held on Tuesday from 6pm, and on Saturday at 9am.
