TRAKK is your brand-new fitness companion designed to track, support, and enhance your workouts automatically. Whether you're lifting weights, hitting the treadmill, or checking your body composition on our Tanita scales, TRAKK keeps everything in one place.
What is TRAKK?
TRAKK is a free fitness app that:
- Automatically logs your workouts on Pulse equipment in our gyms
- Creates tailored workout plans based on your goals
- Tracks indoor and outdoor activities like running, walking, and cycling
- Stores your results from Tanita body composition scans
- Shows real-time performance stats: weight lifted, reps, calories, heart rate and more
- Helps you stay consistent with goal tracking and reminders
How to get started:
Getting set up is quick and easy:
- Download TRAKK by Pulse Fitness on the App Store or Google Play
- Tap sign up
- Enter the email address linked to your gym membership
- Choose your site:
- Queen’s Park Sports Centre: enter Facility Code: 22579
- Healthy Living Centre: enter Facility Code: 69448
- Follow the remaining steps to complete your registration.
- Log in and start tracking your workouts.
What next?
On your next visit to the sports centre, see a member of our gym team who will assign your membership card/access device to your TRAKK account.
Once this is done, use your device to automatically log into TRAKK to track your workouts, select your tailored workout plans which you can create within the app or set a plan with our fitness instructors.

Tanita body composition scales go beyond standard weighing by providing a full picture of your health.
Using advanced Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology, they measure key metrics such as body fat, muscle mass, hydration levels, bone mass, and more.
This helps you track changes over time and understand how lifestyle, diet, and exercise impact your overall wellbeing.
How to use:
- To get started, head over to the Tanita machine and scan your access device which will bring up your TRAKK account on the screen.
- Click weigh in from the dashboard.
- Remove your shoes and socks and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Wipe down the scales after use.
- Review your results directly from the TRAKK body composition tablet or from the TRAKK app. Alternatively speak with a member of our fitness team who will be able to print you a copy of your results, along with any personalised workout plans.
As your results are automatically logged on your TRAKK app after each use, you can monitor changes over time and keep your goals in focus.
