Manage your benefit account online

You can manage your benefit account online through our digital platform My Chesterfield

We will need to verify your details before giving you access to your benefit account. 'My Services' is the secure part of My Chesterfield where you will be able to manage your benefit account online.

Once you have registered you will be able to:

  • check your benefit summary and household details
  • view any rent payments we have made - we don't send you remittances through the post
  • check any overpayments
  • report a change in your circumstances
  • repay overpaid Housing Benefit
  • apply for a  Discretionary Housing Payment
  • see copies of benefit letters that we have sent you

You can also add your Council Tax account, so you can manage all your details in one place.

Registering for an account is quick and easy. We will need to know:

  • your address
  • your email address
