Our popular Christmas Lights Switch On event is back and will run alongside our new Christmas Market.
Featuring walkabout entertainment, activities, artisan gifts, crafts, festive products, seasonal food and drink, fairground rides, live entertainment and an Après Ski-style bar.
The event will also feature a stage show where the lights will be switched on from 4.45pm hosted by Becky Measures.
After the success of having the stage located at the town hall in 2025 we will be holding this there again. This gives us the opportunity to have more entertainment and traders in the town centre.
Live entertainment throughout the event, will include local musicians, choirs, dance groups, community performances and seasonal entertainers.
