Tenant Satisfaction Measures were introduced by government in 2023 and are designed to help you see how well social housing landlords are doing at providing quality homes and services, and where they need to improve.
Some of the topics include:
- repairs
- building safety
- your neighbourhood
- complaints
- engaging with our customers
How we collect the information
Every year, we will:
- send out surveys to ask for your views on the housing service
- report on information we record about our homes, estates and services
Please see a copy of the 2023 to 2024 survey that was sent out below:

How the survey works
We will write to a random sample of our tenants, asking them to complete a tenant satisfaction survey, which can be completed by post or online.
All those who return the survey can choose to enter a prize draw for a chance to win Love2Shop high street shopping vouchers.
A full description of the methodology used to carry out the survey can be found in the document below:

How you can see the results
Results from the survey will be published on our website every summer.
