Tenant satisfaction surveys have been sent out to a random sample of our tenants.
If you have received a survey, please complete it by 31 August 2026 to be in with the chance of winning one of four £50 shopping vouchers
Tenant Satisfaction Measures were introduced by government in 2023 and are designed to help you see how well social housing landlords are doing at providing quality homes and services, and where they need to improve.
Some of the indicators are collected directly from our housing management systems and other are collected through a survey of our tenants.
Some of the topics include:
- repairs
- building safety
- your neighbourhood
- complaints
- engaging with our customers
How we collect the information
Every year, we will:
- send out surveys to ask for your views on the housing service
- report on information we record about our homes, estates and services
2026 to 2027 Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey
We have written to a random sample of tenants inviting them to take part in this year’s survey. If you have received a survey, this can be completed online or by post.
If you want to complete the survey online, scan the QR code in your letter. You will need to input the unique reference number that was in your letter.
If you wish to complete the paper form enclosed with the letter, please return it using the prepaid envelope no later than 31 August 2026.
All those who return the survey can choose to enter a prize draw for a chance to win one of four £50 Love2Shop high street shopping vouchers.
How you can see the results
Results from the survey are published on our website every summer. View the latest results, and see how the survey was carried out.
