Estate management

Estate management

We own and manage around 9,000 homes, along with much of the land associated with these homes.

We have dedicated teams of officers to support our tenants.

Environment officers

Our environment officers inspect housing land and gardens to make sure our estates are safe, clean and tidy.

The team also carries out monthly checks in the communal areas in our blocks of flats to make sure they are safe for all our tenants to enjoy.

What issues do environment officers look for?

  • rubbish left in blocks of flats and bin areas
  • fly tipping
  • dog fouling
  • littering
  • graffiti
  • overgrown gardens

If you would like to be involved in our tenant estate inspections or litter picks, take a look at our get involved, have a voice information.

Environment officers work closely with tenancy management colleagues, to take action against tenants who do not keep to their tenancy agreements.
