The Infrastructure Study and Delivery Plan provides background information and evidence for the Local Plan.
The work will focus on strategic infrastructure requirements in relation to the following:
- Education
- Green infrastructure
- Flood risk
- Utilities
- Health facilities
- Transport
The work identifies where infrastructure is required within the borough to support delivery of proposals in the Local Plan, and where possible, how and when infrastructure will be funded and delivered.
