Moving with Menopause

A supportive, weekly exercise class for those moving through perimenopause and menopause.

Join us for a supportive, welcoming circuits-based exercise class, specially designed for those moving through perimenopause and menopause. This class is about more than fitness — it’s about feeling informed, confident, and supported in your body. 


What to expect?

Each session combines gentle-to-moderate circuit training with clear, reassuring guidance, helping you stay strong, energised, and comfortable as your body changes.

Alongside the workout, you’ll learn about:

  • The different stages of menopause
  • How the right kind of exercise can help manage common symptoms, including:
    • Low energy and fatigue
    • Joint stiffness and reduced mobility
    • Changes in strength and bone health
    • Mood fluctuations
    • Sleep disruption

All sessions are delivered in a safe, non-judgemental environment, where you can move at your own pace and feel comfortable asking questions.
