Racket sports terms of use at Queen's Park Sports Centre.
- bookings are for 45 minute sessions
- no more than four players per court
- the booking member must be on the court at all times
- all activities must be paid for at the time of booking
- 48 hours notice must be given for cancellations
- cancellation will only be accepted by the reception team either in person or over the phone, where you can opt to transfer your booking or be offered a full refund
- no refunds will be given for any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the time of the booking
