Our play zone is set over five floors and is packed with fun activities to keep children busy
Play zone great for younger children to have fun in a safe and secure environment. With a mini climbing wall, ball pool, wave slide and helter-skelter there are plenty of ways for them to burn off all that spare energy.
The play zone area is not supervised by staff, so parents are required to stay while their children play, see our terms and conditions.
Opening times
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm
- Weekends: 9am to 6pm
Price
- £1.60 babies under one year old
- £2.80 babies from 12 to 23 months
- £5.50 children from 2 to 10 years old (or 148cm in height)
- £4.50 off peak special - for under 5s on school days, between 9am and 3pm
- £2.50 - 30 minutes during swimming lessons only

20% discount on play zone
From 1 January 2024, anyone on a Direct Debit or pre-paid membership can enjoy discounted access to the play zone.
Play zone will be charged at £4.50 per session (regular price £5.50).
Play zone soft play is available to children aged ten and under.

For just £44 you will get ten play session for the price of eight.

Tickets can be purchased at reception and must be presented on every visit.
Reduced tickets are available for children under two years old.
All children aged eight and under must be supervised by an adult who can remain in the departure dock, or join the pirates on their adventure if they feel brave enough. (Max three children per adult.)
Whilst happy to be of assistance, we must stress that the accompanying adult is responsible for children in their care. Under fours wishing to go into the over fours section must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- socks must be worn and we advise that you cover your arms and legs
- buggies and shoes must be left in the seating area
- all sharp objects should be removed before playing
- food and drink must be confined to the seating area
A separate area is available for under fours. Height restriction is 148cm.
Please note: due to private parties taking place, the play zone is closed to the public at certain times.
