How to make a representation in respect of a pavement licence application

Under the Business and Planning Act 2020 a representation may be made in respect of a pavement licence application and can be made by any individual, body or business.

There is a 14 day consultation period for these applications.

For a representation to be considered it must be submitted and received within the consultation period.
