Come and meet a Roman Soldier. Discover what they carried whilst on campaigns. Learn about the fighting style and how they worked together. You will also be able to see what they carried into battle and have-a-go at a soldier's drill.
Don't forget to come and have a look at the Romans Exhibition, explore Roman life through this interactive exhibition that includes handling objects (replica Roman items), create your own mosaic and discover how going to the toilet was quite the social occasion.
