Working with tenants to improve our housing services 

In July we held a workshop with tenants to talk about our Tenant Satisfaction Measures results and hear their views about what we are doing well and what we need to do to improve our housing services.

Tenant perception (TP) (satisfaction survey) results

TP01: Proportion of respondents who report that they are satisfied with the overall service from their landlord.
