Allocations consultation
We recently completed a consultation about tenants' experiences of the allocations process; from completing the application to join the housing register, to moving in and settling into your new home.

Communal cleaning consultation
We carried out a survey and a series of focus groups to hear the views of our tenants, residents and leaseholders who live in or own flats in our blocks where we provide a cleaning service. Read the report or watch the video below for more information.
