We are a TSA accredited  24/7 call monitoring and response service which is rapidly expanding, we are looking for compassionate and skilled Careline Response Officers to join our team.

About the Role

As a Careline Response Officer, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable customers and the support services they need. Working a flexible 24/7 rota, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling emergency and non-emergency calls from customers, providing a professional, caring, and consistent service.
  • Attending customer homes to assist those who have fallen, using specialised equipment to help lift them safely.
  • Liaising with emergency responders, healthcare providers, and other services to ensure customers receive the support they require.
  • This is a role where you can truly make a difference, helping older and disabled individuals maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact sensitively with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Experience working under pressure and using your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems to accurately input and retrieve information.
  • Have a current Drivers Licence which allows you to drive vehicles with a manual gearbox (a vehicle will be supplied to use during working time)
