Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housing Officer focused on Tenant Involvement.

About the role:

as a Tenant Involvement Officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering meaningful engagement with tenants and leaseholders of our Council's housing service. Your efforts will ensure that their voices are heard and considered in the development and improvement of our housing services.

Key responsibilities: 

facilitate effective, high-quality engagement with tenants and leaseholders

adapt to the increased regulations in the housing sector by enhancing tenant participation

provide a variety of engagement opportunities, both in-person and online

collaborate closely with managers and officers across the housing service to ensure tenant feedback shapes our services

What we’re looking for:

a customer-focused individual with a strong motivation to deliver exceptional service

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

a proactive approach to creating and implementing engagement strategies

a valid driving license is required
