This pivotal role focuses on enhancing compliance and safety strategies, policies, and service improvements related to asbestos and fire safety.

Key responsibilities:

  • lead initiatives in fire and asbestos management
  • promote effective building safety practices across housing services
  • ensure full compliance with housing stock regulations

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and safety, specifically regarding asbestos and fire safety.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • in-depth knowledge of current legislation and best practices
  • proven expertise in social housing management related to asbestos and fire safety
  • strong leadership and advisory skills
