Are you passionate about maintaining high quality facilities and ensuring smooth operations within a diverse property portfolio?

Look no further, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the efficient delivery of first-rate facilities maintenance services.

As the building surveyor, you will assist the senior building surveyor in delivering an excellent facilities maintenance service and oversee repairs and maintenance of our council’s property portfolio. 

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our facilities are well maintained and operate at their best capacity.

This is a diverse role in a busy team and the applicant will need to have experience of managing contractors, organising maintenance schedules and following up actions arising from routine inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
