Join us as a Housing Complaints Co-ordinator within our Housing Service team.
This newly created role is dedicated to ensuring our tenants receive prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to their complaints, aligning with the standards set by the Housing Ombudsman.
As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be adept at managing diverse workloads and conflicting priorities.
Your responsibilities will include recording complaints, conducting investigations into service lapses, crafting detailed responses to customers, and checking that agreed actions are followed through to conclusion.
Analytical skills are required to extract insights from incoming complaints, fuelling a culture of continuous improvement.
Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental, coupled with self-motivation to navigate through challenging scenarios and juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
While experience in social housing is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite for excelling in this role.
