Key responsibilities
- contribute to the management and allocation of properties, optimising the use of the council’s housing stock
- collaborate with the Voids Team, other Housing Services teams, and both statutory and voluntary organisations
- ensure a strong customer focus with meticulous attention to detail
Ideal candidate
- excellent organisational, communication, team working, and interpersonal skills.
- ideally you will have experience in a housing role with knowledge of a social landlord’s responsibilities, including tenancy support, allocations, homelessness, tenant involvement, and estate management
