EGYM is arriving at The Healthy Living Centre bringing smart, guided, personalised workouts that make fitness easier, safer, and more effective for everyone.
What is EGYM?
EGYM is a smart gym that sets the machines up for you, tells you exactly how to exercise. It will automatically adjust to your body, guide your movements and track your progress, so you always know you are training safely and correctly.
The EGYM fitness hub
The fitness hub is the heart of the system, in just a couple of minutes, the touchscreen station measures your flexibility and movement, perfectly creating a personalised training plan and revealing your BioAge.
What is BioAge?
The EGYM BioAge is a simple, easy to understand score that shows how fit and healthy your body is compared to your actual age. It turns lots of complex fitness data into one clear number - your biological age - so you can instantly see where you are doing well and where you can improve.
Who is it for?
Everyone. Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after a break, managing mobility issues or simply want a more structured workout, EGYM offers safe, simple and motivating training.
When does it launch?
EGYM equipment will begin arriving on site next week, with our official launch day planned for the coming weeks. Once confirmed, we will be holding member sessions where you can:
- Try out the new EGYM machines.
- Experience guided, personalised training.
- Complete your BioAge assessment using the fitness hub.
- Learn how EGYM can support your fitness goals.
These sessions will be free for members and a great opportunity to see the system in action.

Get ready for the launch of our brand new EGYM equipment by downloading the EGYM fitness app, designed to work seamlessly with the smart strength machines and fitness hub coming soon to the Healthy Living Centre.

What you can do in the app
The EGYM app is your personal fitness companion, giving you access to powerful tools that support your training both inside and outside the gym.
- View your custom training plan created from your Fitness Hub assessment
- Set your fitness goal (strength, toning, general fitness, weight loss and more)
- See your body analysis results
- View your strength test scores
- Monitor your BioAge which is your fitness age based on strength, cardio, flexibility and metabolism
- Track your daily activity and completed workouts
- Join challenges to stay motivated between sessions
Connect your favourite apps
Sync your existing fitness apps and devices for seamless tracking, including Strava, Fitbit, Garmin and MyFitnessPal. This means all your activity, whether in the gym, outdoors or at home, contributes to your overall progress.
