Each fitness suite has a huge range of modern equipment, free weights, functional workout zones and a personalised fitness programme.
Swimming pools and changing facilities
Learner, six-lane, and eight-lane pools with family friendly 'village' style changing and easy pool access.
Fitness classes
We provide a daily programme packed with pool and studio based group fitness classes for all abilities.
Health spa
Our health spa has a sauna, steam room, aromatherapy room and hammam heated beds.
Climbing facilities
We have a 34.5ft (10.5 metre) climbing wall and bouldering room.
Get access to squash, badminton and table tennis at a 50% discount rate.
Priority booking
Active fitness members also get priority booking for racquet sports and fitness classes.
Multi-site access
Our memberships are multi-site so you can take part in an activity at any centre.
You can also come along on a pay as you go basis.

Your membership card
Once all your details have been filled in you will be given your active fitness membership card or device - which will be active on your first visit to the centre.
You can choose your membership access in either of the following options:
- card
- wristband
- keyring
- phone sticker
Your device gives you entry to our centres, is used to access our fitness suite and allows you to set up your personalised workout with our top-of-the-range fitness equipment.
Facilities not included with a monthly membership
Our monthly membership packages give unlimited free access to most of our facilities.
The following facilities aren't included:
- climbing club sessions
- play zone
The cost of children's parties is not covered by the active fitness membership.

Membership period and terms and conditions
Our monthly direct debit memberships are a 12 month contract. After the initial contracted period, memberships will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancellation is requested.
