Accessing gym and fitness equipment
To access our gym and fitness equipment, you need either of the following memberships:
- Annual Active Chesterfield membership
- Change4Life (Change for Life) membership (in-person sign up only)
- Annual Active Chesterfield Change4Life (combined membership) (in-person sign up only)
Once signing up for a either of these memberships, you will receive a card which you can use to access our gym and fitness equipment at Queen's Park Sports Centre and the Healthy Living Centre, unless you are already an active fitness member.

Annual membership options
Annual Active Chesterfield membership card
With our individual and family cards you get access to:
- online booking, with eight-day advance bookings for classes and sports courts
- discounts on children's parties and holiday clubs, with 10% off food and drink in our Queen's Park Sports Centre café
- discounted family swims (up to 2 adults and up to 2 children) on bank holidays and in the school holidays
Children must be aged 15 and under, and family card members must all live at the same address. Children attending swimming lessons or courses must be Annual Active Chesterfield members to get the discounted rate.

Annual Active Chesterfield Change4Life (combined membership)
Annual Active Chesterfield Change4Life (combined membership) is our leisure card with added concessionary discounts.
Please read our Change4Life eligibility, you need to show proof that you qualify when you apply for your card.
With our Annual Active Chesterfield Change4Life (combined membership) card you get all the benefits of an Annual Active Chesterfield membership card plus:
- swimming discounts
- fitness classes discounts
- use of our gym and fitness equipment at Queen's Park Sports Centre and the Healthy Living Centre
- some sports bookings

Terms and Conditions
When making online bookings with an Active Chesterfield or Change4Life membership, you can view or modify your bookings at any time via your on-line account.
Please note paid activities cannot be refunded or transferred upon cancellation.
All activities must be paid for at the time of booking.
