The weekly Outswimming cancer sessions are free supportive weekly group sessions for anyone who has had cancer.
Outswimming cancer sessions
Weekly swimming sessions take place every Monday, except during the school holidays. Those attending are asked to meet in reception at 1pm. The session starts at 1.15pm and finishes at 2.15pm.

Please contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel your session, so that we can offer it to someone else. See our cancellations page for full details.
Swimming teachers
A swim teacher is available at all times to encourage, reassure and improve the swimming skills of those attending - if they wish.

When does the swim start?
Those attending the session will meet in reception at 1pm. The swim takes place from 1.15pm to 2.15pm (the quiet time of the pool timetable).
Check your fitness
Please make sure you are fit and well enough to be in the swimming pool, check with your GP or consultant if you are unsure.
