Data Protection Act 1998 Subject Access Requests

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access any information that we hold about you.

You can get this by making a Subject Access Request.

Your request must be in writing, you can apply online here. You do not have to use our Subject Access Request form, but by using the form we will be able to deal with your request more quickly - it should save us having to write to you to ask for details about what information you are seeking. To make a Subject Access request you will need to provide proof of your identity.

Data Protection Act 1998 Section 29 and Section 35 requests

Requests for information necessary to investigate a crime or prosecute an offender (section 29) and requests for information that relates to personal information where it is necessary for legal proceedings (section 35) can be made by submitting a S29 or S35 form.
