Our tenant groups regularly carry out work to help improve services for tenants. Here are some examples of work they have recently completed.
Tenant challenge panel

Performance group
Our performance group have recently developed a series of performance indicators to monitor the performance of the housing service. Find out more here.
Communication and accessibility group
Members of our communication and accessibility group have worked with us to develop easy read documents for tenants. You can find these in our housing information library.
The group has also developed a set of communication standards to be used across the housing service.
The standards outline how all housing service staff should listen to customers and communicate in a respectful way. It’s about making sure the information we provide is clear, easy to understand and in the right format, and where we are aware of customer preferences and needs, using the data to enable us to communicate in the right way.

Allocations consultation
We recently completed a consultation about tenants' experiences of the allocations process; from completing the application to join the housing register, to moving in and settling into your new home.

Communal cleaning consultation
We carried out a survey and a series of focus groups to hear the views of our tenants, residents and leaseholders who live in or own flats in our blocks where we provide a cleaning service. Read the report or watch the video below for more information.
