The session includes toys, floats and sinkers and is aimed at families, although children aged 8+ can attend unaccompanied as long as they are able to competently swim at least 50m in the pool.

It is advised adults swimming without children avoid these sessions.

Normal swimming charges apply. Family swim discount available.

The pool closes at 2pm to allow for set up of the session and for other swimmers to vacate the pool and changing area.
